Therefore, we make sure that every product you order is in perfect condition which it reaches you within the time given  by us. Please do read  our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Your item will be delivered with in 7-10 days from the date of order.

CHARGES

Shipping Charges For All Orders Below Rs.5000 will be Rs. 350 | Shipping Charges For Orders Above Rs.5000 and Below Rs.20000 will be Rs. 500 | Shipping Charges For Orders Above Rs.20000 will be Rs. 750

PACKAGING

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any sort of damage. We make sure the fragile items are packed safely with top quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to make sure that you simply receive your order in safe and secure condition. It would be good to have an opening video of the package to enable us to resolve the claim in a shorter time. TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will plan to deliver the package thrice before it's returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including postcode and mobile number within the delivery address because it will help in making a faster delivery.

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking transactions. all of your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. We also offer Cash Before Delivery as a special service to our valued clients. CBD or Cash before Delivery is an alternate method of payment that we reach our valued clients, aside from any online payments. RETURN POLICY

Simplicity, transparency and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience at Preciousthingsdecor.com. We go the space to make sure that each transaction on our website is seamless. We take care in delivering our products and cling to the very best quality standards. As a policy, we don't entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.

A product is merely eligible for return under the subsequent conditions:

· A wrong product has been dispatched and within the event that a product doesn't match the item selected during order confirmation.

· If you identify defect on the received product.

· If the merchandise is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please don't accept any package if it's tampered or damaged upon delivery.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

1. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at +91-7799883266(Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at precious.things.decor@gmail.com. You can also submit your Return Request by signing into 'My Account' and filling the 'Submit a Support Request' form, to initiate the return process.

2. You'll be asked to mail an honest quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the difficulty (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along side your order details to precious.things.decor@gmail.com. (you can mail the image within the initiative , for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the small print in regard to its eligibility of return.

3. We'll then revisit to you together with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we'll arrange a reverse devour for the merchandise in question. it always takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.

4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for important details.

NOTE

  Product must be returned with the first packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.

- Product should be unused and within the original condition.

- Product are often returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.

- Preciousthingsdecor.com reserves the proper to try to to a radical quality check of the merchandise before issuing a refund. Given the character of our products, we reserve the only discretion to supply the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and that we request you to urge in-tuned with our team for prompt resolution.

- Products bought online can't be exchanged or returned in our stores.

REFUND POLICY:

All refunds are going to be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds are going to be made in sort of Store Credits or through an equivalent mode of payment as within the order placement.

Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they're a sort of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and that they are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

All other refunds (except for cash payments) are going to be issued through an equivalent transaction method utilized in the first purchase. for instance , if you used a Mastercard as your payment method, the acquisition amount are going to be issued to your Mastercard . All online refunds are processed within 7 working days. Any NEFT transactions takes about 5 days to urge fully processed, however, for Credits Cards the refund amount will show in your next billing.

Refunds for CBD payments are going to be issued either through store credits or an account payee cheque within the customer's name (as given in 'billing name' at time of purchase). The customer will receive the cheque within 15 days of receiving the merchandise , this includes the transit time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they're made within 24 hrs. of placing the order and a full refund are going to be issued for it. However if the request is formed at a time when the merchandise it's already in transit, a nominal In-transit cancellation fee are going to be charged of 10% of the order value. this is often thanks to the character of our products which are high-quality fragile items, once in transit, we expect our guests to share a neighborhood of the shipping charges already borne by us.

All conditions as mentioned above might not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and addresshome.com shall not responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in reference to the utilization or performance of the merchandise . In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the opposite provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
